We started with this vet office with our new puppy about 6 weeks ago for us. Our breeder already had the puppies there for their first shots. We live in Winchester so it takes us about 30 minutes to get there. But we really like it. I love the set up with Covid -19. I like the fact of being able to make an appointment. Not going and waiting.

Really appreciated the quick and easy visit! We have been using another local vet clinic but may switch.

We were very greatful for being to get in so quickly with a sick dog, within appointment...an emergency! They were quick, kind and showed concern for the situation! Thank you!

I was referred by my regular vet when Roscoe became violently ill due to his love of eating inanimate objects. He was very sick and I was in a panic, CKVC took us right in and made us feel so welcome and helped ease my mind. Dr Xu performed emergency surgery and Roscoe had to spend some time in the hospital. They called me with frequent updates and were so very reassuring. Roscoe is at home recovering now and I can’t say enough nice things about his care.

I felt that the practice is too big and there was not a follow up from the vet that saw my dog....did not feel like I or my dog were important to this practice,....I will NOT recommend this practice...

I cannot thank CKVC enough for their care of my cat. They got him in right away even though we are from out of town, scheduled him to an evening procedure the same day, and they were so kind and thoughtful during the entire process. I asked for an estimated cost of treatment and it was incredibly fair and by actual bill was nearly $70 less than the estimate. They answered all of my questions and put up with how nervous I was about my kitty s health. I will be traveling from out of town any time I can to visit this vet from now on!
