I really appreciated the follow-up call two days later to see how our dog was doing and how she tolerated her vaccine. That extra effort from you all meant a lot to my husband and myself!

Great clinic

We were seen promptly and I like the convenience of being able to book the appointment online. Dr. Weakly takes good care of my dog.

I have been going there for years and have always been treated well and fair. I have several farm cats and you have always respected that we do economical vet visits for them. My bill was ridiculous(for a very simple procedure) and I had to get ugly to get it changed. It still was way too high and I actually called several clinics in the area to compare what it would be else where. I was very disappointed to see the extremely high fees and felt taken advantage of. I have also been very disappointed to realize and find out how many of my peers, friends, and neighbors that have within the past year stopped going to central ky vet due to dishonest charges and crazy high prices.

Your staff is always kind and very friendly. Dr. Xu was great. Thanks so much!

I think everyone is very friendly and great with the animals being brought in to the clinic! Very satisfied with everything!

Whèn I called for an appointment, I asked if anything was available that afternoon. She said yes, we have a 5 o clock open. I said sure. After our appointments with both dogs,I noticed that we were charged for evening hours. If I had been told of a higher office charge for that specific time, I would have scheduled anothe time. I would just remind people of that, unless it s an emergency.

Dr. Weekly was great along with his staff! We brought our fur baby in to figure out her problem. He took his time with us and listened to everything we had to say! Definitely appreciate everyone at CKV!

I find it ridiculous on how much I was charged on a follow up visit to have my dog s eyes checked. This will be an ongoing process to have his pressure checked in his eyes and I ll be damned to pay that outrageous cost for each visit! I m searching for a new vet.

The facility was clean and spacious.

i traveled 2 hrs so my dog could have an ovarioectomy which many vets do not perform yet. all my calls prior to procedure were promptly returned and all questions answered. the final bill was as expected per my prior quote. only disappointment was the $29 nail trim. afterwards i had a specific question from dr bollinger. he returned my call promptly. he was very professional and informative. all office staff was very friendly. my dogs recovery was flawless and we removed her 3 sutures today. i wish your facility was closer to my home. thanks for taking such great care care of my Lola. The clinic is always clean and I have no worries regarding cleanliness. The issue is with the people who work in the front (with like two exceptions)... they always seem as if they hate their lives and interact with you as if you are a bother. Service from the front staff on saturdays makes customers feel as if they’re not welcome at central Kentucky. I will say that the woman that we dealt with on Saturday was pleasant... she normally is welcoming. I will also say that the doctors have always been great and the vet techs are generally great. Once you get back to the room, the clinic is AWESOME. It s going through the front that is terrible. The prices are crazy expensive- especially for the treatment that you receive from the staff. I think that we are treated the way what we are because of our age (<40) and because our puppy has a lot of energy. People that work at the front desk act like they are working in an upscale attorney s office and as of animals aren t allowed. We ve walked out of the office several times in tears feeling as though we ve done something wrong. Again, the woman that we interacted with on Saturday was great. But that doesn t make up for all of the times that we ve been treated like we re anything less than a paying customer. I continue to come there because I trust what the doctor s say... I just hate that such wonderful staff and doctors are losing respect and clientele because of the way that the front staff act. Also... i’d love to see some diversity in the office (if possible, of course). Thanks for your consideration.

I have never been to a vets office that makes you sign a form that requires your social and license Number and considering I had 0 plans on coming back there I was not gonna put my stuff down there. In the check out room that they took me too there was animal pee and when I sat on the bench I stepped in it waiting to see my animal and the vet. They tried to charge me 11 dollars for a e-collar that most vets just give to customers after their pet is spayed or neutered. Not the best experience in my book.

My only disapointment was in finding out the month of teeth cleaning specials was past and I was not made aware

We had a great visit with Dr.Fuller. Everyone was very friendly.

We have always received great care from CKVC. All the Vets, Vet Techs, Staff, most of the office staff are great.Some of the office sraff are unfriendly and/or not knowledgeable. Wait times to be put into a room for an appointment are usually too long.
