The staff is polite, professional and very knowledgeable.

The front desk made me feel soooo uncomfortable. I came in to spay my two dogs, and the older lady was quite rude. I left out of there thinking I had made a huge mistake leaving my dogs there because of how she made me feel. Usually that s the place to start making clients feel more welcome and secure, but I can honestly say she made me second guess everything. Later that day when I went in the room to get my puppy s, the vet tech came in. she was absolutely AMAZING. she answered all questions very politely and made me feel so welcome. so, that made everything a little better for me. But as for the rude lady up front, she needs a job in the back. not a very good first impression with her being the first person we talk to.

My pets and I, while we wait, always appreciate Jane (or other staff) coming over to say hello! It’s nice to be remembered!

Please interview my sister June Ridenour , she has filled out an application. She is amazing with animals.

For me and I’m sure the employees, it’s stressful to bring my mini pig Rainbow in to get her hooves trimmed, but everyone is so helpful and great about making the visit comfortable. Thank you times a million!

Love these people.The entire staff is friendly,knowledgeable and extremely caring.The entire facility is emaculate.The veterinarians are the BEST.They take their time explaining what is going on with your precious baby.They have state of the art everything.I will never go anywhere else.

I was not expecting two different blood panels to be done. I expected bloodwork to be done so I could refill my dog s phenobarbital. Instead. They did that plus a 6 month senior test. I did not ask for that extra test and was not happy about a surprise $200 bill. Hopefully it will not happen again without my consent beforehand.

A day after our appointment we received notification of her kennel cough vaccination behind late. I do wish notices were tied into the patients record so staff would see that we forgot something. Other than that, I have always enjoyed bringing our pets there. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the rooms are always clean. Personable yet very professional.

I brought my 15 year old cat in for his annual checkup. He had been acting strange suddenly and you guys were quick to recognize it was actually an emergency. You literally saved my best friend s life :)

Dr. Scott Weakley was wonderful with my cat [who is a bit high-strung]. I greatly appreciated his patience and understanding. The cost for annual immunizations always seems a bit high [compared to some facility options]. Thank-You.

Please either get more doctors in to work on Sundays, schedule fewer appointments, or at the very least let clients know to expect a ridiculously long wait time. I waited for over an hour past my appointment time to be called upon. Once in the exam room, I waited alone for at least 30 minutes before being seen by anyone. This is unprofessional and disrespectful of clients time.

As a former vet tech at two Kentucky clinics (one in which the president of KVMA was my supervisor), I was disappointed in the time the veterinarian actually took to consult with me and my cat following the exam and work up. She did an excellent exam, however after retrieving the results from the blood work, she briefly consulted with me. The tech who followed up about the cost and my decision of treatment was excellent, however I would have appreciated the vet coming back in and following up one last time. I also currently work at UK in a healthcare program and patient satisfaction and bedsid manner are not only important to human patient,s but also our animals. The vet that I saw was Dr. Xu. I will request a different provider when I return to the clinic.

My dog loves the little home made bone treats you all have. Please keep having them. With CKVC I feel as if I have finally found my dog s vet!

1. The receptionist who took care of our arrival and discharge was wonderful! I wish I could remember her name! (Morning of Sat Feb 10). 2. Please don t book an appointment a year ahead without telling me at the time. I don t know my schedule that far in advance. I love getting a reminder a few weeks in advance, but a notice about an appointment I didn t make is stressful.

Staff went out of their way to be helpful and kind to both me and my dog.

Dr. Tritch was wonderful! He took the time to listen to my concerns, and genuinely cared about my dog. He was very thorough, and did everything he could to help get to the bottom of my pups situation, and to come to a diagnosis. It’s been 3 days since our appointment, and my boy is feeling like his old self again. I am so glad this group was recommended to us, and we will never go to anyone again. Thank you! You are all amazing, and keep doing what you’re doing!

I knew my dog needed an X-ray. When they brought her back to me I was told they had gave her a shot and a laser treatment. I felt like they should have spoke to me before making those financial decisions for me. I honestly would do whatever my dog needed but I felt like it was assumed I could afford it and had the money. I was shocked when I was told I owed $367. I didn t have the extra money so I will make sure price is explained. But I think this should be done by staff as a courtesy to clients.

Friendly and nice quick service will continue to take my pets there
