My experience was not at all convenient or pleasurable. I waited an hour & 15 minutes with an appointment to be seen by a vet. Your techs were most helpful and apologetic for the delay...office gal said there were 5 emergency euthanasia s(I say only one). I watched one woman wait 15 minutes to purchase product, she was not pleased. I watched the only vet race at high speed to enter exam rooms. After more than an hours wait & with an additional 30 minute delay I canceled my appointment & left. My personal opinion is if this vet cannot manage time better she should never be left to run your service. Not good for your business.

I have been to other pet clinics over the years before CKVC. I have been coming to Central Kentucky Vet Center for 30. That speaks for itself...hands down the best !

Central Kentucky Veterinary Center is and has always been a professional, patient friendly environment. I refuse to take my pets elsewhere. The staff is very informative about my pets health and I value their opinion.

I had an early appointment at 7:30a for my dog to get her shots. I had a grooming appointment on the same day at noon. I was told by the associates (that did accommodate me in moving the appointment time so kudos for that) that if I moved the appointment to 11a it would be no problem to be seen and get to my grooming appointment. At 11:50 I was still in the waiting room and hadn t even made it back to the vet rooms to be seen. I left, took my dog to the groomers and then found a new vet that is more convenient to my new house that I recently moved into. In my opinion services are overpriced at this location as well. So, don t go on Saturday and expect to pay more.

Need to have a more effective dog/cat side signage Possibly on front side either end of front desk So much other stuff on desk top that it blends in Sat on wrong side for 5 min or so before someone looked up from computer to tell me To sign in and that I wa on wrong side

I enjoy bringing my cats to CKVC. Everyone is so friendly, and the office and exam rooms are always clean and neat. The veterinarians are all very nice and helpful as well. I have never had a bad experience when I bring my pets to you. Thank you so much for taking care of my cats!
