Very Happy with our visit!!!

I was thrilled with the vet and the staff, all very friendly, and the vet was thorough. My only issue is that an ultrasound was done without my approval, which was $75. I might have approved the procedure, but I was fairly upset when I got home and had a chance to look over the bill. I just feel it wasn t appropriate to go forward with something without my permission, especially on my first visit there.

I was very scared bringing my Harley, but even after getting the horrible news, Dr Weakley explained all our options and gave us everything to make her painfree. Didn t rush us, gave her meds, and a pain shot. I will definitely be back.

When booking an appointment online, I was given the option of which vet we would like to see. Our appointment was not with the vet that I chose online and who has seen our previous animals.

Visit went well. The vet always does a good job. He was very attentive and answered my questions.

Dr. Wheatley and the team have been wonderful while Dolly has been under treatment for kidney failure and a dental surgery! They have briught our playful , loving baby back to being herself! and for that we can t say thank-you enough!

My only concern is this is the third time I have brought one of my animals home with vetwrap on a front leg. Twice was for my dog who had a lump removed and once where a catheter was placed in my cat. All 3 times the two animals had swollen paws I believe from the vetwrap being too tight. I used to be a vet tech so I m familiar with vetwrap so I m familiar with problems that can arise if it s too tight. I just needed to bring this to your attention because others might not be aware. Thank you for the otherwise great care of my animals.

Dr. Weakley and staff were professional and helpful. Followup call was thoughtful and appreciated. Highly recommend the Center.

The annual visit - had to wait over an hour for her checkup- spent over 2 hrs total- that s too long for a healthy dog! Last week- dental - got a text that she was ready after 11 am. Went to get her at 12- had to wait half an hour in exam room - no one available during lunch!!! We are busy too, need to tell us not to come during lunch if no one available but receptionists should be knowledgeable enough to release dental unless problem Love you all- been coming here for 30 years

Questions I asked about Roxanne s fractured teeth could not be answered??

Still need a picture or two in exam rooms... Very bleak. I love Dr.s Weakley and Tritsh- they are very straightforward and calming, very no nonsense. And they are good with the animals.

Over all I was very happy with my experience my only complaint is that I was made to wait in the discharge room for an hour before seeing my dog who went in for a dental cleaning. I was concerned about her being under anesthesia so the wait was a little nerve racking. Especially with howling puppies in the other room. I found out later they were getting their tails docked which I have always though to be a cruel act. Now I am even more convinced. I have never heard puppies scream like that before and I hope I never do again. I would like to say however, I am grateful to Dr. Weekly and staff for seeing my 15 year old dog through a some what risky procedure and being kind and patient with me in the process. As I said I am over all satisfied and have already recommended your services.

We love Dr.Kevin. He is so kind and explains things and answers all of our questions.
