I just got an overall good feeling that the facility and staff were what I was looking for

Your staff seems to take extra care to make my babies feel more at ease.

I appreciated that Dr. Weakley did not try to do a hard sell on a lot of vaccinations for my dogs. He explained the pros and cons of each one, and provided sufficient context to help me make good decisions.

No one asked if I wanted certain drugs/meds/nails trimmed. They just did it and charged me for it. I really enjoy the kind service there but I want to be asked if I approve before items are given assuming I want them. also I was charged an office visit even though there was no exam, plus for the procedure- and all the drugs/meds/nail trim that I did not want. On past bills (from 2015-2106) I was not charged an office visit once even besides the time I came in the evening during off hours. The Vet was in the room for 20-30 seconds. Though I enjoy swift service I don t feel it should be been billed as it was.

I had a appointment and still waited in lobby for 15min after appt time. Got put in a room and waited another 10min before the Techs came in. Spent a total of 1 hour and 45 min there which i think is way to long with nervous animals

I do not like that the shots that are being given are not told to you without asking. I would like to be told first what shots are being given to my dog before it happens. Earlier in the year, I called to get the annual shots for my dog so he could be boarded along with the kennel cough spray. When I got there, I assumed those were the things that were happening which is why I did not ask what shots he was being given. After the fact when I was asking questions about the next round of shots and if the information would be sent to the pet resort, I was told that he was given the Lyme disease shot which I did not ask for and would not have said yes to. I paid for it, but did not bring him back for the second one. He is a house/backyard dog and does not need it. When my puppy this past month came to get his puppy shots, he was going to be given the Lyme disease shot as well, but I learned to ask prior before the shots happened and declined the shot. I would like to be told what is being given to my dog before it happens.

I don t think that Grace was given the correct Revolution. I will be back next week to check on that.

I brought my cat in as an emergency because there was blood in her urine, so I didn t have an appointment. I was seen very quickly, and everything went so smoothly! I am very pleased with my experience! Top of the line!

I cannot get the stars to indicate that I have answered the question. I was perfectly satisfied, 5 s in all.

Our dog is high energy and was freaking out about the shots. The techs and the vet were awesome. They figured out a way to distract her. I really appreciate Dr. Kirkland and her team.

The staff was wonderful. They were polite, patient and understanding. I will definitely be back.

Was in room for an hour before being seen. Never did get estimate for cost of surgery. Didn t see the vet I made the appointment with. Check out was awful..tech/assistant couldn t answer questions I had.

Always fabulous treatment, caring and friendly staff and doctors no matter how many times I call a day to check-in on my cat.

Quit requiring heart worm tests for pets who take preventive meds purchased from your office
