office staff was very helpful, and the veterinarian was excellent in answering all my questions, after visiting another vet and getting no answers for my dog s skin condition, it was refreshing to get some complete answers

I thought my lab was only getting lab work the dr came in for five minutes took blood gave me his medicine and I was charged $137 I do not understand why it s so much money when the dr didn t do anything but draw blood I love my animals I understand everyone needs too get paid and people would bring their animals in more if it was more affordable i do not think my 10 year old lab should have too have blood drawn every 4 months he is a very high anxiety dog and its very hard on him I love the staff and Drs but it s so very expensive

I have never been disappointed by anyone at CKVC. You have been my animal healers since I ve lived in Georgetown. Don t change a thing. You are perfect, just the way you are!

Sound baffling would be nice. I find the noise bounce off so much polished concrete annoying and believe it frightens the pets.

I had my loud kids with me, so any waiting time would have been hard. Otherwise I appreciated every effort to care for our hurt cat. Tom even rubbed Dr. Fuller s leg to say thanks!

My cat was brought in to be shaved as she had a lot of hair knots. They sedated her. When I picked her up, the woman checking me out brought my cat to me. I did not get a chance to talk to the person who actually worked on my cat. While I realize this was a simple procedure, I still would have liked some feedback on how it went and an explanation of what to expect with the sedation. When I got her home, her eyes looked funny and she could not walk. I was not expecting that and it frightened me which caused me to call your office twice. If this would have been explained before I left the office, I would have been more aware of what to expect.

I wish there was a reduction in follow-up pricing. It is difficult to come in one week and pay $97 (visit + ultrasound) and be told that I need to come back in a week later for a visit that will be $132 (visit + xray). The health and well-being of my pet is very important to me, but affordability is a significant issue for me.

The charges should have been discussed prior to the service being performed. My bill was a bit of a shock.

It could be helpful to know up front some pricing of procedures before they are done. Not that it would have changed what I had for my baby girl but I wasn t expecting the bill to be so high. For some people that could really make a difference.

When I had 7 four legged children and was in dr office more often I was a regular and treated very friendly. Now that 5 have passed and I only have the 2 left, I am in the office less often. It seems that I am now treated as a stranger and every visit I am treated as if it is my first visit. There are a few Vet technitians that remember me and the ones that have passed, but they are in the back. Dr Weakley is consistent and like an old friend when I have a visit, so he alone keeps me coming back.

Dr. Weakly and your staff are fabulous. Thank you for saving my two pets that were recently seen.

Everyone was very friendly and sweet to my dog. My only suggestion would be to make sure to explain the price per pill for flea and heart worm preventatives. I was told that Heartguard was $11 per treatment which was fine, but I then assumed the Flea preventative was around the same price because she didn t tell me otherwise. It definitely was not even close when I got my bill! I should have asked to clarify, but it would be great to just receive that information up front.
