Amazing and supportive staff and doctors! Prices are beyond reasonable! Could not have asked for a better experience!

I know it s a service, but any discounts for long time customer or multiple pets, or on any service? not just teeth cleaning? you know, like a sale during a certain time of year, etc.

Dr Weakley and all the doctors and staff are wonderful. They always take such good care of my dog and I never feel rushed. Trust them completely and highly recommend them.

It has always taken longer to check out than I expect. I have on occasion thought that I had been forgotten in the exam room. Perhaps once the exam and/or treatment has been completed, the care giver should communicate the process and timing to the patient s human. For example... you will be checked out in this room as soon as we process the transaction through our checkout receptionist. This will take approximately ----- minutes. If there is a glitch or an interruption in the process, someone will come by and let you know that your transaction/paperwork will take X more minutes. Communication is sooooo important and keeping patients updated and informed goes a long way in making an outstanding veterinary clinic a superb one!

Entire staff is organized, efficient and friendly. Special thanks to Dr Bollinger who always takes his time with my pet .He explains everything I need to know to make decisions about Maggie s care. His vet tech , Meghan is the best. Thank you Central Ky Vet!

Cost for services was alot more than I expected. Nice staff and facilities

Staff were awesome. I came in on off hours about one month ago when my beagle was having sustained seizure activity. Dr Fuller and Tracy were on staff and were wonderful. They met me at the door and immediately took care of my pet. Excellent staff and service

I love CKVC. You guys always take excellent care of my animals, and I appreciate that. :-) It was hard to get the star to click on the one you wanted and for it to stay there in your survey. (Time consuming.) Maybe a bubble type in the future.....faster!

I didn t actually receive an actual bill, just the receipt. Something that explained the charges like I normally get would have been helpful but that s not really a complaint. This visit was fast and very helpful. Love the staff!

My bill for two dogs was almost $450.00. I need $62.00 worth of boosters in 3 weeks. I may be forced to find a more cost effective option in the future. In 08 a yearly for two was $200. A nail trim was $10. My one dog Jax was perfect last year they did everything in the exam room with us. This year they took him in the back where he jumped off the table and was not himself for the next 24 hrs. He walked around the house would not lay or sit until 10:30PM. He finally passed out from exhaustion. Dr. Kirkland called me back I gave Jax a low dose aspirin but it made no difference. He still walked till 10:30PM. Next day he did seem like himself again. I ve considered another dog but have decided I can t afford it. Plan on working on my animals in the room where I am in the future. No taking them out back. The tech took his leash off and that is the reason he got loose. I am sure the jump off that table didn t do him any good he s just a little dog.

Everyone at Central Ky. Veterinary Clinic are very courteous, helpful an.d professional. Dr. Weakley is the best.

Should tell person if u r given 5 o clock appt there is a premium billing amount. Been coming there for years and was offered 5 o clock appt and it wasnt emergency so I had no idea I would be paying more for that appt. I paid it but feel like I should have been told up front it would cost more - I could have come next day or so if I had known

My dog and I always get treated excellent. And they listen to your concerns. Love this office and employees.

My suggestion is that the medicine that goes into the ear of a cat should have a longer stem so it will go deeper into the ear. Fred is a great cat, but does not like taking a long time to put drops into his ears. JUST A THOUGHT!!!
