I know we’re struggling with restrictions , but I waited 20 minutes earlier in the day to pick up sedation for my dog so he could get his nails done at his appointment, waited 30 minutes after Check-in. For him to be seen

waiting in the car 20 minutes and in room 15minutes to see the vet for a scheduled appointment with a nervous/scared dog seems long even for a busy day

The survey would only let you select Excellent. That is not a survey. Sorry. My Doctor was great and perhaps I arrived early but it wasn t all convenient for them. So this is not a good survey.

CKVC is the best. I called that morning and got right in that afternoon, in fact was 30 minutes early and it was no problem. Dr Fuller was exceptional and so carrying. He took care of my Granddog over 3 years ago and I will never forget the compassion he showed Becca, Diesel and D-T as Diesel had to be put down. You all are the best!!! Thank you for your service!!!

I called Thursday requesting an Appt, I was told there were two evening appts available that same day so I scheduled an evening appt. The appt ran great, no issues but when I checked out there was an “evening appt” charge, when I asked about it (dark, shoulder hair length woman) I was told “it’s only like $10 extra” I explained that I was not told there was a difference in price when I booked the appt and that this was not an emergency, I could have brought my dog in anytime, I felt the staff member was very rude and did not handle the situation properly. Please advise clients there is an increase in charge for evening appts at the time of booking and allow them to decide if they want to spend the extra money. Thank you!

I was in and out very quick. The pup had to have some stiches removed. he was in and out in no time

Great veterinarian center. Our lab has been coming to CKVC since he was a small puppy. Top notch facility and staff.

Did not go inside, but property was well kept and experience was very good!

First time ever that I felt rushed and they felt disorganized. Didn’t receive a copy of the blood work nor have an opportunity to ask questions. Didn’t even feel like I could go to the bathroom! Didn’t have the opportunity to ask follow up questions about ongoing care and what to watch for. Also wanted to ask about vaccinations that need to be done and how long to wait. While I agree I was not as quick as I usually am, having been up all night with her because she was so sick, I felt rushed and left wanting more information. Not what I’m used to with the practice.

Everything was wonderful but the prices have steadily climbed over the years and are almost unaffordable.

If you have to go to the Vet. This group is who you have to visit. Excellent quality of all services. Love them all!

The entire staff is always friendly and helpful. We really appreciate that they have been willing to come out to the parking lot and get our cat, Charlie for his appointments for diabetes during these trying times. Dr. Fuller is one of the best and we are thankful for the care he provides.

It was easy for my pets as well as for me.

Staff that help was extremely friendly and helpful

I m a little concerned about my pup s ears. He was basically sent home with open wounds and no explanation on what to do for him. I ve called once and gotten some more instruction, but am concerned about infection and his discomfort. I also don t think he s going to keep a cup on his head for another week and a half before he gets his stiches out. Everyone was very nice, but this new normal of doing things in the parking lot doesn t always work for everyone.
