I just wouldn t trust the care of my dogs but to this Veterinary Clinic

I called and made an appointment to get Hank neutered. They set up my appointment and told me to bring him in anytime between 7:30-8:00am. I brought him in at 7:30 and I was told he would be in surgery by 9:00 and once he was in recovery I would receive a text message. At 1:00 i still hadn t received a text, so I called the office. The receptionist who answered the phone was very rude. I said I just wanted to see if my dog had come out of surgery yet and she said if you haven t gotten a text, no he hasn t. We have 15 surgerys scheduled for today. So I hung up. My dog didn t go into surgery until after 3:00 that day. So I m just wondering why I needed to bring him in at 7:30 to sit in an uncomfortable cage/scary situation. Did you all let him out to potty?

Was told the bill would be about $70. It ended up being about $120.

I wish you could do a special session to teach people how to administer pills, liquids, and injections to a variety of common pets. I would pay to attend!

The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. That hasn t always been the case. I felt like some of the people were rude and didn t care about me or my dogs. This was a nice surprise. I had left the practice for several months for just that reason.

My regular vet charges me $40 for an office visit, and CKVC was considerably more. I also paid $58 for a Convenia shot as opposed to $30 at my regular vet. I was shocked at how expensive everything was. As a family with 7 cats that we take really good care of, the cost is very prohibitive. Also, I called this morning to ask the vet a follow up question, and left a message with the receptionist. The office called later to check on my kitty (a nice thing), and i reminded them of my need to speak to the doctor. Waited all day, but still didn t receive a call back. Disappointed, and will continue to drive all the way to Frankfort rather than use CKVC which is 5 minutes from my house.

Dr. Fuller and his assistances were the best!!!! I cannot say enough about how GREAT Dr. Fuller has been!!!!!

Dr. Fuller and staff have been amazing on every visit, couldn t ask for a better place to take our pets!

The reception area had a pleasant fragrance and was very clean appearing when I walked in. I was pleasantly greeted in a timely fashion and assisted to an exam room shortly.

My only complaint is thus: I dropped my pet off for a surgical procedure, and did not see the vet either before or after the procedure. My only staff interaction beyond the front desk was with two vet techs (who were both great). Also, my pet required some work beyond the original anticipated procedure, and I was not offered an explanation as to why afterwards.

I talked to Amy about the online appt . I could not get in to anybody online for 5 days even though I had a sick dog. That seemed odd and needs to be streamlined. I called and got right in!

You have grown but the service was as good as ever and we ve been customers for many years. The Smiths

Looooove my vet Dr Tritsch. He takes such GREAT care of my Puggies. The clinic is always immaculate. The staff is second to none! I have several Pugs. We are there once weekly sometimes more. I never worry about the loving care we receive from everyone at the clinic.

With us having 5 Great Danes, we spend lots of time and money at the vet. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We are always able to get appointments when we need them. I highly recommend Central Ky for all your pets needs.

Dr. Kirkland was very kind and informative. She spent all the time I needed to answer all of my concerns. I really appreciated her time and attention. Very happy with Dr. Kirkland and the environment.
