I just want to say I appreciate everyone at Central Kentucky Vet Center. They squeezed us in on a Sunday because of a horrific incident with my fur child. I was well taken care of from the time Sheila answered my phone call that morning until I left that afternoon with my dog. Dr. Tritsch is the absolute best and I m so thankful for his time that he spent explaining everything to me and for taking such good care of my girl. This will be our veterinarian from here on out!

This was my first visit and at that, it was an emergency. I cannot thank the entire staff for being as friendly, informative and as caring as they each were. When I first arrived, I wasn’t even sure what I needed to do. Several ladies were leaving for the day and I stopped one for assistance. She was very kind to go back inside and find someone to come meet me. Dr. Bollinger was wonderful with Sadie and saved her life. He took his time explaining the situation and what we needed to do. He called me the following day with updates just as he said he we would. Dr. Fuller was covering for him the following afternoon and was just as excellent and caring. He answered all my questions and took his time explaining Sadie’s heart disease. All of the techs I encountered were so caring and kind. I will certainly continue to let CVKC continue Sadie’s care. I cannot thank them enough for taking such excellent care of Sadie.

As always I got excellent service. I was impressed with the way things were handled due to COVID. I can imagine that things are crazy during this time. You guys were still smiling and efficient

This was Cody’s 1st visit to a vet & you showed him extra care when he seemed afraid. I am so impressed with Meghan and how she took care of Cody on his first visit. It is evident that your practice cares about all animals. Thank you so much for taking care of Cody. He is feeling much better now.

Love this place so very much. The veterinarians are the top in their field. The techs and crew who answer the phones, keep the facility immaculate and the warm friendly caring atmosphere are FANTASTIC!

take care of the dog really well but should have explained that you did not take payments that payment was due in full when the animal was done, prices seem to be charged at an emergency rate versus office hour rate. This is a tough time for everybody right now with this covid stuff and I feel that more compassion should have been given to that situation.

The low stars should be n/a as we sat in the parking lot. It seemed like we waited a while to pick him up. It was hot out there. Our visit was all right.

Waited outside for 50 minutes after notifying I was there. No one came out like they said would happen. I called letting them know I had to leave. My cat was too stressed to wait any longer. Would like to have been communicated with instead of sitting so long with no communication.

Very impressed with everything especially the speed with which I was able to get an appointment!

Due to Covid 19 the car wait time isn t the best but I still love CKV to care for my dog.

CKVC staff always take wonderful care of my pets when they are there. The staff has done a wonderful job dealing with all that is going on with Covid-19.
