The shutdown was the only reason that it was a bit hard to get an appointment. It was well worth the wait. Willy Jack looks and feels like a million bucks. he struts around so happy.

The nail trim this time was not as wonderful as the first one my dog had there. The first one was fabulous but I can hardly tell if she had a trim this time. I understand the covid thing but it is a very unsatisfactory experience. I hope it can change back to face to face visits at some point.

I was very happy with Dr. Cotten. She is thorough, complete in her explanation and definitely cared about Remi. I also appreciated how promptly she took charge of his treatment.

RVV is the only vet service we will ever use. In every aspect of services from grooming to end of life, it is evident how much the staff cares for everyone s four-legged family members. The Azinger old folks home will continue to include RVV as part of our care team should we adopt another senior doggy. Thank you for everything you do. --Amy Azinger

PLEASE open the grooming services. Our dog s (first) ear infection was a result of missing his grooming.
