We just love Dr. Joy. She is always caring and respectful of our role in our pet s lives. She listens to our concerns and presents our options. We especially love how she handles our pets with compassion. You can tell she loves her job.

I noticed that you had a Pet Ambulance in the parking lot. The office clerk said it is only used for euthanasia. What about a pet ambulance for sick or injured pets? I was thinking that would be a good business. I have a station wagon. I could service vet clinics in Prescott. Especially these older people who live in facilities and don t even own a car. Or, they have big dogs who need a stretcher to be transported. I saw this business in action in Irvine CA. Do you think this is a viable business here in Prescott?

I waited longer than usual to be seen. But the staff at the front desk area kept me updated and were very helpful.

What I find extra special, is that Chachi can come in and everyone on staff, recognizes, and remembers sweet little things about her. It’s been a year since she was in at least and when she comes back it’s like home to us because every one is very warm and connected and with wonderful care. Thankyou.
