I so appreciate the time Dr Kuesis took with Bailey. She was very thorough and caring. I liked that she got on the floor with Bailey and gained her trust easily so she could exam her.

I would have liked to have known that the best time to do a urine analysis is in the morning. My cat was not able to produce any late in the afternoon and needs to return. I had booked the appointment on line for that as well as nail trim, so it wasn t a problem with the staff.

The staff was so lovely, the veterinarian included and I felt like they truly cared about my cat. I did feel like the staff (albeit respectful, seemed like it was at the discretion of management) was trying to make as much money off of me as possible. Also, I had an usually long wait time to pay for my appointment after we were out of the exam room- I waited 25 minutes to actually pay, which stressed my cat out more than necessary. Will absolutely be a return patient but I do feel like these observances are worth noting.

Everything was super easy. Loved the text with test results after, convenient.

I am simply blown away at how efficient and well run this place is. My first time was an ER situation and the team did an incredible job handling me And my Dog . I am now a Permanent customer

Had a booster shot appointment, total time was less than 10 minutes, in and out on a Saturday afternoon!

It is always excellent, pleasant, help at La Cumbre Animal Hospital. Dr. Holmes has been our Vet now for many years and we always recommend this Vet when asked who we use. And, we give Beverly Holmes name reeadily.

I always really appreciate the care, the service and the professionalism that have been given to our beloved dog(s)over the years .

Very chaotic in the office and it seemed like there was an obvious lack of communication and frustration between the staff, which made it uncomfortable to me and seemed very unprofessional.

I would like to be more informed on the treatment our puppy was going to receive. The Dr. said he s ready for his 4 shots and didn t explain what they were or why he would need them. I have confidence in the Dr s ability and that she cared for my pet, but I would like more explanation for what and why he is receiving the treatments.

Front desk was amazing, taking care of our county registration for us. Our doctor is understanding and not judgmental about our animals being intact. So very refreshing.

Everyone at LCAH is wonderful, and cant say enough good things about Dr. Holmes. Very compassionate

There was so very much dog hair on the floor, and I got there first thing in the morning. I know it’s not realistic to expect a veterinarian office to be hair-free, but it was pretty bad.

This was my first visit to La Cumbre Pet Hospital. Everybody from start to finish was incredibly nice and helpful. To say the least, I was pleasantly surprised when the bill came in even lower than their low estimate. I feel like they did a great job listening and hearing my concerns about procedures that were suggested for my 12 year old dog. Many thanks to the entire team at La Cumbre Pet Hospital.

When I booked online I was unable to see the Book button so I spent a lot of time trying to get the online system to work. Maybe the site needs to be optomized so users can see all action buttons?

I love Dr. Kuesis! All the supporting staff at LAH is great too!

I was very impressed how the extra staff from back came to relieve the waiting clients in front, ( took my CC on mobile CC machine :) it made all of us who were waiting feel we were getting taken care of and knew we could be out sooner...in previous visits the desk can be very busy and wait time was long at times. It was quite a nice change , ;) thank you !

i called at 9am and by 12 we were out with a fixed paw!

I had a tech appointment, my dog received two inoculations so it went very quickly. Everyone I dealt with was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
