Your prices are just too expensive. I was also advised to do a procedure that added about $70 to the bill-the procedure didn’t work, and then the tech said it rarely did.

The only improvement I would suggest is software that shares information between Canyon City (where we usually board) and your practice (where we get wellness services). Otherwise, we are very happy with your practice.

The staff are fantastic. 5 stars all the way!!! Follow up phone call was great! Everyone was soooo nice!!!! they booked me the first opening they had, but It was a few weeks before pup could have operation! He had an infection, I was concerned for him,I wish that it could have been sooner, but understand, he was seen and fixed asap

Appointments aren’t as easy to get as they once were. That’s my only piece of feedback. We absolutely love this practice!

I love the Vets, and techs. They are extremely knowledgeable and we’ve had excellent care. It would be helpful to have the Vet on staff to answer questions when the other vets are not available.. and the price of care could be a little more competitive. All in all, very satisfied !
