Parking is limited and a little difficult but that does not reflect on the office or their 5 star rating. I’m super happy I found them and will continue to bring my cat to them for her needs. If the prices weren’t so high I would have taken in a new cat that had been outside. They did point me in a direction to get help with the costs through third party, but I trust them and wish they could do it for a cheaper rate.

Sam went in for his neuter and he opened up his incision. The Doctor met with me when I picked him up explained what happened so I wouldn’t be alarmed and let me know everything would be fine. She also gave me her personal email to contact her if I needed to. Very good service. I love this place. Thank you for taking such good care of Sam.

I have been seeing Dr. Christensen for my cats for a very long time. She’s the best. She really knows and loves cats. I’m always amazed that she remembers my cats even if she hasn’t seen them in awhile. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I always get excellent care and service. They always take all the time with me that is needed, and answer all my questions. I trust them with the care of my beloved pets.

My only comment is I wish that the cost of suggested tests and procedures be shared so when I pay the final bill, I will know what to expect. I always end up paying way more than I expect to when I walk in.

The staff were all so kind regarding my financial situation. The doctor took amazing care of my cat and I hope everyone enjoyed the bread I baked as thanks. Sterling is doing great now and is back to his old self!

Dr. Christensen & her staff are the best. They are all so caring with your cat. If I were asked do I have a veterinarian that I would recommend it would be Dr. Christensen.

Desk personnel was on an extended call helping someone find historical records for about 10 min as I stood there holding my pet carrier, waiting for my appointment. To be honest, it was a little unfortunate way to handle a client with pet in tow. Either put the person with a lot of questions on hold, or call them back. With Covid, we all want to get in and out, and my parking meter was of course running. (Fed ex truck was in loading zone). Just a suggestion.

Got my cat in on short notice and was very conservative as to pursuing treatment. That is great, though in this instance he did end up coming back in a few days later for x-rays.

I appreciated the non-judgement.
