I was concerned that Dr. Kim was not wearing a face mask. Even if already vaccinated it takes a while for the body to build up antibodies and someone can still contract and be contagious with the virus. My 88-year old mother died of COVID-complications last month. Otherwise my experience was excellent in all aspects.

This clinic Dr Kim Dr Steve and all staff is remarkable the greatest. We love all y’all and all 4 of our little boys love y’all also. Well sorry about buster tho he wants to bite lol not just y’all it’s everyone but still he lives all y’all. And special thanks to GiGii for taking good care of buster while he was there with y’all Friday. Will be seeing y’all soon. Well hope not too soon. My Lucy was hospitalized all weekend and I understand there is no gaurantee but we were all hopeful that she would pull through the weekend and I was really looking forward to picking her up Monday. I have no idea she had died during the weekend sometime. ALONE. I called in to check to see how she was doing Monday morning not knowing that she had been gone already for at least 24 hours. I am having a very difficult time with the Guilt and Sadness I am feeling. We chose to have her cremated but I am still in shock that my Lucy Lou is gone. I felt they could give her care she could not get at home but now to realize she was visited once per day on Saturday and hopefully received her treatments and pain meds to make her more comfortable and then discovered gone on Sunday and not being notified until I called your office at 8:30 on Monday. I don t know if I will EVER be able to leave one of my babies over the weekend again.
