Excellent doctor and staff.

I feel very comfortable with the doctor and the girls working for him my whip it is my love and I don’t wanna lose her one hour before her time will come. I’m very happy with the work that they’ve done in the concern that they show in making my little girl Better thank you.

We love Dr. Via, as well as Dr. Loter and Dr. Slough. They take the best care of our precious pups. We will never take them anywhere else.

Dr. Via and your Techs are fabulous with Lily. They listen and give great information. Your front desk staff is welcoming and caring as well. The entire practice has been wonderful since we first brought Lily in 2016. She use to get boarded there when we went out of town. Every part of your practice is top notch!! Prices have risen to ridiculous levels. It makes me need to look for other options. Please see how you can bring costs down. That is the reason for the overall 4 star- docked one star for $.

Front desk needs sensitivity training. Abby has anxiety so I was attempting to make it easier for her. I parked on the side to stay away from a high traffic zone. The person at the desk who called me to bring Abby in did not listen to my concern, and proceeded to tell me that parking on the side of the building is not the process. I have been coming to woodland springs for 8 years and have frequently parked her. When I tried to explain the receptionist hung on up on me. Not sure this person is cut out for the job long term if she does not listen and find better customer service skills. I would recommend more training and supervision. I did not get her name but you can figure out via my appointment time

We love Dr. Slough and Woodland Springs vet. Dr. Slough and his staff are always so kind and thorough. We know are fur babies are in good hands.
