I brought in my 10 week old puppy for his first visit. He had previously had his first series of vaccinations. The mat on the exam table was cracked with interior cushioning exposed. It could not have possibly been sanitized and my puppy tried to chew on some of the cracked cover The vet tech came to take a picture and placed my puppy on the floor. Again, how sanitary was that.

The entire staff here is fantastic. They love our pups as much as we do, and make sure they are well cared for. They are all so happy to see them when they come in for a visit, or boarding. Our pups love them, too! We would not take them anywhere else.

You treat our babies as if they were your own!

I don t think that I did the survey correctly. Every question to me was a five star. We are totally pleased with your vet office and the staff.

The cost of annual visit has risen sharply, and it isn’t just the services. The sentinel cost is also quite steep compared to online prices, and it makes it hard to continue bringing my animals to this vet. I am aware of the obvious price increases for all goods and services has risen sharply the past few years but some things will need to be reduced in my budget to keep the lights on because of it.

Dr. Loter is the best vet we ve ever had! And the staff is friendly, helpful, and patient.

It would be very helpful if there was an option to keep the dog in the car until there is a room ready. It is very stressful trying to control a large overly playful dog when other dogs are around.

Love all the doctors and staff. Have used them for all 5 pets and they have been caring and respectful, especially during last moments with 3 of our fur babies, over the 10 years we have used them. They always go above and beyond for the care of our pets and ourselves. Could not more highly recommend this practice. Worth ever penny.

The tech drew blood from Annie s neck and made a mess. She has a fairly large scab/bruise. I think it was the girl with the very long dark hair. She returned Annie Rose to me and said she will have a bruise on her neck. She was very abrupt! I do not want her near my puppy again. Annie does not miss her heart worm meds. I will be hesitant to allow that blood draw.

Thankful for this place to be able to squeeze me in last minute on same day. My pup had an ear infection that I could not wait till Monday to be looked at. Thank you, Woodlands and staff for seeing us right away!!!

We love Dr Johnson! We don’t see anyone else. Her level of care and compassion is above the rest.

Woodland springs has beeen our go to for vets services. They are caring, competent, campassionate. Truly a great vet service.

I am thrilled with our first meet an greet appointment. The front staff was welcoming and friendly. Checkout was a breeze. Dr. Johnson was thorough,informative,friendly and professional. Hannah was gentle and informative during various procedures. Beezer and I thank you.

I think I am getting good care for my pet but this place is very expensive on the first and follow up visit. My dog has an ulcer on her eye and it has already cost my almost $300 and I haven t even gone for my 2nd visit yet. Not sure I can afford to continue to go here.

Dr. Slough is very kind and knowledgeable about animals especially older dogs. He and his staff were concerned about my dog but conscious that I didn’t want to over treat him due to his age. He went through all the treatment options and when pushed provided his recommendation. I really appreciated his patience and honestly. He’s a great vet.
