A safe and friendly place!

Due to Covid, I have not been inside yet, but I’m sure it’s amazing in there. This is my first puppy and staff is so helpful and doesn’t mind all the questions I have!

I was there just to have my dogs toenails clipped and was met in the parking lot by the tech. Just a few minutes later she came out with my dog and I left. I had already pre-paid. It worked out very well.

I would have like to have been informed of the Plan options, prior to coming for my first appt.

For this appointment both my cat and new kitten needed shots for a specific time. I have been a client for over 30 years and when I first called in early Sept. for an early Oct. appointment was told that there would not be an appointment until Dec. and that since my kitten had not been seen by this practice before would not be able to see them. The person I spoke to was indifferent to the fact that my cats needed the shots in early Oct. I was in the process of looking for another vet but called back one more time to say that animal control(where I got the kitten from) had told me he had been seen by you. That person I spoke to the second time checked and was able to get us a quicker appointment.

Although I was parked right outside the hospital, it was difficult for me to hear what those in the hospital were saying. I had to ask for the staff to repeat themselves. Thank you for continuing to provide services during these difficult times.
