Thank you for working with my difficult work and sleep schedule. I also enjoy the fact that my dog was able to sit with a staff member up front instead of crying in a kennel when she had to stay over night (happened a few years ago).

We really appreciated the “puppy package.” That is very helpful. Dr. Cory sat down and took the time to answer questions and to explain vaccinations, neutering, and many other medical concerns about our puppy.

I really appreciated Dr Gallagher s time and willingness to discuss Remy s issues at Cami s annual Check up. Remy s destructive behavior due to his separation anxiety whip has.worsened dramatically in the past two mos. Dr listened attentively and offered to work with CVBC in Chicago as our go between to try to resolve Remy s issues. Jody was helpful in rescheduling a Remy s Annual Sept appt to a week later. All staff are very interested in our pets and show affection and gentleness in handling and examining Cami and Remy.
