I can’t recommend Allouez Animal Hospital enough! The doctors and staff there are caring, friendly and the expertise is evident. They spend time with us and listen to our concerns. The care they provide to my dogs is excellent.

The procedure for distance vet care worked good. However when I made the appointment they never mentioned how it worked. I didn’t know until I drove up and saw the signs and phoned the office to ask what to do. Maybe just a heads up when people are making appointments for the first time since Covid19.

I was unable to see the facilities because of the COVID-19 virus. For safety reasons, the staff came out to the car and get my dog.

With the pandemic and new way of appointments I was worried about my dog acting up during her exam as she is nervous and has a touch of separation anxiety. The staff was great about making her comfortable and keeping her calm. It was also nice that I got the same explanation and options presented to my car side that I would have gotten if I were in the building, I wasn t sure what to expect and I was pleased that I didn t just get paperwork and my dog back with no real explanation.

Our Puggle is recovering nicely after having 16 bladder stones removed. Dr Becky and her staff provided great pre-op and post-op education. Our Puggle is doing great and enjoying his new diet. Thank you Dr Becky and staff for making our experience less stressful and comfortable.
