I have been here before with my friends animals and now my own. I have never had a bad experience!

I have only spoken to people on the phone and didn t really talk to anyone when we visited our baby today but i feel like he is in good hands and am happy with my decision to bring him there so far even though it s an hour from my home. There are places near by that i wouldn t even consider trusting with my baby s life.

I appreciate the help from Wilson’s. I’ve taken my pets there for emergencies a few times and they have been awesome and always kind and understanding.

I will not be returning to Wilson’s. My experience that day was not good. Bringing my dog for urgent care. Felt there wasn’t clear direction on where to go once contacted on cell. The receptionist for hospital was rude. Maybe if Wilson’s would give a little bit more direction & not assume everyone has been through the drill before.

I adore the culture and commitment to care Dr. Wilson established years ago. Unfortunately, I spread the word too much and you are very busy these days. None the less, you still have a wonderful practice, I love Dr. Wilson, the staff and I thank you for providing the Best Care, Not leveraging the business (you do not have to as a the practice operate 24-7) and your operate on providing the best care at reasonable prices. As your message states, you are there when you are needed most... You do the very best you can and I will drive by numerous veterinary practices just to get to your practice. Never forget your values and foundation of the basis of the practice. Remember my words each time someone says something negative. Thank you over and over for your excellence, passion and commitment. Thank you so much for helping my baby! I have heard nothing but bad stories from people about emergency vets and you guys did such an amazing job! Hopefully I won’t have to come back for an emergency but if I do you guys are who I will come back to!

Doctor Burge is the BEST. I will never and would never go to anyone else for surgery for my dog, I live far I only go for shots down here, but anything else I will and have gone to Doctor Burge, plus the staff is really great. God bless all of you. ??

The wait in urgent care was 4 hours. This is hard with being in a vehicle and no bathroom avaiable.

Highly upset regarding your policies and procedures! No one called me at all after my cats surgery, not until 10:30 the next day! And that call was to tell me to come get my cat. Seriously messed up. Left 2 messages with the manager - no call back. Left a message with Rebecca for a manager to call me - still waiting. Doubt I will be using your services for routine care I would imagine it will be only emergency only care and that’s only because you’re the only one near me. Not satisfied at all

I want to thank your staff for the love and care of my baby D. I wish I would have taken him there first as the first vet office I took him to gave me an astronomical bill or opted to put him down Wilson s will now be my first and only choice from here on out for ALL my pets and I m spreading the word about your amazing office!

Great care of our loved one cosmo was taken by Dr Wilson. He was patient kind and gave us the knowledge we needed for our cat that we have had for 12 years he has started bitting.With out the advice of the doctor we might not have been able to fulfill our commitment of caring for our much loved cat till the end because you see I must protect my daughter to.With the information the Dr. gave us we feel confident the last face he will see will be ours. They’re taking excellent care of our German Shepherd after bringing him in for emergency care. We’ve received updates daily & We are so very glad that our family member (dog) is going to get coming home soon.
