Always excellent. I love all the vets and the staff. Have been a client for around 20 years - the only 3 rating was I failed to realized that I was charged for 2 fecal samples, not the 1 that I brought in. I should have looked at the bill. But I did get a call later to say I had a credit as the error was caught. Best vets. Dr. Trayes has been amazing for all our cats on Eighmy Road over the many years. Dr. Rutledge has helped many of our cats as well. Highly recommend the practice.

I was very happy with the office, very, and staff. Thanks for fitting us into an already full schedule on a Saturday. Just waiting for results to see what needs to be done. I wanted to give 5 stars, but the survey only marks 4.

I can’t even imagine taking my cats anywhere else. Everyone there are true animal lovers.

Very good visit. My cat stayed calm and was not afraid. There were no dogs there during our visit. I don t know if that was intentional, but it helps the cats stay calm.
