Had to wait pretty long before seeing the doctor also the girl that took my care credit card out something in wrong and my husband had to come back the next day to pay for services and they told him nobody was there that knew how to take the payment and they told him to come back again and he told them that he is not coming back again so you better find somebody that can take the payment.

Maggie Mae refuses to.eat the food prescribed for her. She hasn’t been eating anything at all. I keep hoping she’ll get hungry enough but she just won’t eat. She’s basically gone almost three days with no food. I just don’t know what to do.

I don t understand your online star system, so let me just say Dr. Jeff is amazing, he literally saved little Oscar s life by going above and beyond and running the tests to determine the kidney issue. Extremely disappointing annual visit. Dr. Matt was not available to speak to me. Supposedly did a quick evaluation of our dog but honestly don t believe we should have been charged the same amount. I had questions about my pet s changing behavior but never had the opportunity to address. Post visit phone call was inadequate and lacking an apology.

Couldn t get in with my vet until May even though I ve been a client for over 40 years. Also the tech who charged me out didn t submit to Trupanion and when I asked her to redo it, she refused and pretty much said she couldn t, she wouldn t and it was my fault so she would mark our chart for next time. Very poor customer service.
