When I came in, I stated that I was nervous with my dog when she is around other animals. Your front desk person showed me a good place to sit and then proceeded to get me to a room very quickly (even though there wasn t anyone else in the waiting room at the time). She must have communicated that to the rest of the staff, because everyone was very accommodating and helped me feel at ease with her in the office. They even looked in the lobby prior to me leaving to let me know what to expect. That was some great customer service! As far as the clinical side, the vet assistants and doctor were all fantastic as well. Very caring...also very accepting of my rather inpatient dog, who is full of personality. I will come here again. Thank you very much!

Dr. Bowers took extra time to explain our cat s needs. He needed surgery and she sent his X-Ray and records to the emergency vet. I will always use Johnson Ranch Veterinary for our animals. Unfortunately I didn t catch the Vet Techs name, she was wonderful as well.
