Good people they care about your pets

Your overbooking. If you have an emergency and no one tells the patients in the room what is going on it is totally unacceptable. I have someone bring me and wait, they were NOT very happy. I would have rescheduled. Really unhappy, may try going elsewhere.

I appreciated to opportunity to be seen on such short notice. I called that morning and was able to get an afternoon appointment. Dr. Andrew was very thorough and caring with his examination and thankfully Judy s treatment is working. She s much better today and appears to be heading back to her normal self. Thank you!

It took almost 3 hours from the time we signed in until we were complete... as far as cleanliness the ceilings by the air vents near a major cleaning... overall I feel like seeing the vet has saved my dogs life

This visit experience exemplified the very best vet visit possible. My Great Dane is terrified of vet offices and everyone went the extra mile to help make this visit the most positive it could be including Dr. Andrew not wearing his white coat! Thank you one and all!!!

The waiting time is too long. Sometimes I wait over two hrs before I m called back. I understand if you have an emergency and I have to wait.I think that you re over booked. I m very happy with the doctors and staff. The waiting time is not good. You take very good care of my fur baby and that s the most important thing to me.Thanks

Welcoming Office staff could use a friendly makeover. Not very smiley. Once in with the Doc ...ALL WAS WELL!!!! So maybe just need an in-service on how important their job is to make a good first impression as EACH person comes in with their beloved pet. I am sure like every job, the daily routine becomes mundane....but maybe they can share a joke a day. LOL

Absolutely love them all

I needed to bring my pet in to be checked for a condition, gastro intestinal distress. I didn t have an appointment but I was told I could come and they would work us in. It was a very busy day but everyone was friendly supportive and patient. When I got to see Dr. Jernigan he took all the time he needed and made sure the problem was properly addressed. Thank you so much to all the staff!! I wouldn t go anywhere else.

I thought my appointment was with Dr. Erin, so was surprised when Dr. Larry came in, not complaining at all, just surprised. I assumed that Dr. Erin had run into an emergency, glad to it was Dr. Larry who came in. Thank you again for the care you give my two pets!

I m always happy with sebring animal hospital (the waiting time is normally very long but there normally busy) It was my first time seeing Dr.Andrew and I was happy with the time he took with me and his patients and conversation he even spoke to me on the phone and took his time.my older girl had a dental and everything went fine and her teeth are sparkling and breath is soooo much better, I feel they took very good care of her for me as have they always with all my pets... Iv been a customer for many years and always recommend this Vet office

Not sure why the wait was so long. Our appointment was at 10:20 and we were seen at 11:55. We’ve never had to wait that long. Piper had her nails, ears and bum done as well, but that only took a few minutes while we waited for Dr.larry
