I absolutely love Parkdale Pet Care! I tried two other vets before trying Parkdale because I just didn’t feel a good, welcoming vibe for my dog. Since day 1 of taking my Boxer to Parkdale, they always act excited to see him and they just make you and your pet feel welcome! Plus they are very knowledgeable and truly care about the needs of your furry friend.

I really thought that Parkdale did a really good job!

I love Dr Lisa and her staff from front desk to vet tech. Always pleasant and helpful!

Kayla was very friendly and explained to me what the vaccines were for and why they give them. Which I liked so I could determine if they were right for my dogs lifestyle. They didn’t give me a hard time for refusing a vaccine or tests. Dr. Chapman is always friendly when I go and has a very calm, friendly demeanor.

Always accommodating and Helpful. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

For a 10am checkup appt, was in the room right away, but tech didn’t arrive until 10:15 and bet didn’t arrive till 10:30. Otherwise experience was very good.

The vet and clinic have been very attentive to my dogs needs and have gone above and beyond to help.

The tech we had was new, and did an excellent job putting us at ease. I find taking my cat to the vet very stressful, and she helped me relax. She worked well with the vet, also. The vet was prompt, and friendly.

Tech Kayla was sweet and thorough and Dr. Sara is the best bet Lola has had in her nearly 12 years. Extremely thorough!

The staff got me in immediately and spent a good deal of time taking wonderful care of my cat Charlie. They all went above and beyond. The doctor was very informative and even sent an email going over everything in detail.

Dr Sarah and Bridget tech were so patient, gentle and answered so many questions. Very impressed!
