Best vet clinic I have ever been too

I did not care for Dr Monk. He was not friendly. I realize me pets health was of the utmost priority but he was too robotic. I also said that I did not want a wellness check because I would bring her back when the immediate problem was under control but he did it anyway. I like Country Hills as long as I see Dr. Thompson.

The vet and assistant both seemed to be in too much of a hurry to answer my questions, and did not give me real answers for any of them. I was also given the wrong amount of medicine AND the wrong size syringe to administer it, which means my cat got two HUGE doses of a medicine that caused him some discomfort with breathing. I love the office staff here, but am disappointed with the service.

Year after year I’ve grown increasingly disappointed with our annual wellness exam. I understand these are relatively routine, it is *hopefully* the only 30 minutes we see you guys a year. During our appointment, we all together skipped the lungs because he was panting too hard, was told to do something about a little bit of tartar on his K9s and offered no suggestions, and asked if his ears bothered him but again given no real useful suggestions in cleaning them. This entire conversation was difficult in the first place because of how soft spoken the doctor was. Again, I completely understand that this is a generally routine check up for a young and healthy dog, and compared to the experiences we first had 4 years ago, I’m disappointed.

We really want to be with our animal when she is seen/treated.

I feel the charges were quite high compared to other vets. $90 for a fecal exam is ridiculous!

I have always received excellent care for my pets. When asked about who I would recommend for a vet, I always recommend Country Hills. The staff is always courteous and helpful. The vets are wonderful with my pets.

Dr. Amy was wonderful. We received some sad news about our 12 yr old lab. Dr. Amy was so empathetic and kind.

They are always friendly, helpful and efficient. Everything is clean and nice.

Worst experience I ve had. At no point did I get the feeling that these people cared about my dog. If I didn t pay for blood work I don t think I would have even been talked to. Extremely uncomfortable experience and couldn t have been more transactional.

The vet tech was friendly, all of the techs were. It was at least a half hour wait for the vet. Hard to keep an anxious dog at ease for that amount of time. (Dr. Amy) was through with the exam, she just left the room, no good bye, no nice to meet you, no nothing. She was just gone. Stated my dog had tartar (during the exam) and I was told, by the Tech, that I would get a free sample pack of wipes. Got home, looked at my invoice, I was charged 27.00 for them. :( Was not impressed at all. Never felt welcomed, felt a little taken advantage of. Sorry, but probably will look elsewhere.

Fantastic first time experience!

My daughter and I came in with a very sick cat. Dr Hagen saw him as an emergency on a Saturday morning. She was so kind. Explained everything and was very thorough. An emergency hospital was not an option for us at this time. Dr Hagen kindly set us up with everything we needed to take care of him and showed us how to do it. Exceptional care!! Thank you!
