My only comment would be that when I arrived for my appointment there was no other customers and four staff members sitting behind the counter talking. I was only there for vaccinations which do not take that long but the wait was longer than expected for this visit type.

We are very happy with all the staff and veterinarians at Companion. Dr Haney is my favorite though, lol. She is so kind and caring with our dogs. Thank you to everyone. ??

When a customer is quoted a number and agrees to that number so they can prepare for that when their pet is picked up but then that number changes and they won’t let you pick up your pet does not seem very business like!!

Dr. Wilson preformed a wonderful and much never surgery. I was distressed at not receiving calls he stated he would make to me giving test results. I called close to closing and he had already left. The vet techs are very knowledgeable and found information to give me. Besides the small gap in communication i was very pleased with the care of ny pet while he had to stay overnight and with the after care and support we received.

I am a new client and when my appointment time said 0700, I thought the doors would be open at least 10 minutes earlier to allow for registration and placement in a room. I arrived 5 minutes early and unloaded my large and very anxious dog, but the door was still locked. My husband was trying to control the dog, who was yanking on the leash frantically and threatening to slip out of it, when a girl opened the door and said we ll be open in a few minutes. I voiced my concern about my dog possibily slipping his leash and she handed me one of the slip-leashes, which would have choked my dog if I d used it. In the past vets have let me room my dog prior to the appointment in order to avoid these types of situations that cause unneeded stress. Just being let in the building 5 minutes early would have been nice.
