Everything went smoothly in spite of the clinic closed because of the ongoing pandemic. CKVC did an excellent job!

My family has been with Central Kentucky Veterinary Center since the mid 1970s when I was a child. We remember H and his father, the founder. I have since moved to the other side of Lexington so have been using a different vet in recent years, but I have decided it s worth the commute to Georgetown for Dr. Weakley and Dr. Tritsch. Some of the questions were not applicable because of the pandemic. We have been pleased overall with the care your office has provided but feel your fees are higher than necessary. I have never paid $25 for anal gland expression in my life/$15 is more in the reasonable range given the time it requires. We have had a variety of breeds throughout our life and have lived in a number of locations as my spouse served in the military. This is not a criticism but mentioned to ask you to review your fees. I have no idea if the facility was clean because I was forced to stand outside while my dog , with severe separation anxiety , got shots , x-rays and whatever other exams they did. I’m sure you guys are being forced to not allow people in but I think it’s ridiculous that I can’t stand 6 feet away in the same room.

The best vet clinic there is! Love the staff and Dr. Weakley. Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable.

Dr. Bollinger came to my car to discuss my pet s issues. He also came back out to my car after seeing my pet to discuss what he found and treatment options. The entire staff is friendly and professional.

Dr. Tritsch was great to talk with me before and after my appointment about my concerns.

I know that this time of pandemic and phases of re-opening means a lot of changes and new protocol. Thank you for doing so much, and for doing it with kindness and compassion. It is a lot. We see you. We honor your work, your patience, and your good care for Journey.

It was great service especially considering these trying times! Friendly as always & y’all do such a good job cutting Homie’s toe nails, I know he’s a bad boy when you try to cut them so thank y’all so much for dealing with him! Lol! Great people & service as always! Y’all are so good to my seniors ??

I do think that the charges for the nail clip and anal gland expression($20 and $25)were high- I wish I d asked before I had requested these services

Shelia needs to be coached on providing better customer care. The rest of our experience was great but her tone and lack of communication ruined the experience for us.

Great place for serious dog enthusiast.

Due to Covid19 we did not have a true office visit but the staff was very nice and easy to work with. We brought in our new pup for shots and he got heartworm and flea/tick medicine.

You all are doing a great job with meeting our needs and keeping in tune with the social distancing.
