The Doctor and staff were excellent. They graciously took us on a Sunday without an appointment in a slight emergency. We are very grateful for their kindness in solving our Sheltie s problem. Thank you.

May want to consider moving weigh in scale to a more open area. I always have hard time getting my dog to get on them due to desk being on a couple sides. No big deal, but may make easier if could coax from any side.

Once a client and animal are escorted to a room and seen by the tech it would be helpful to have someone check in every 5 min. or so if the doctor is busy. I waited 20 min. in the room before the tech came to say the doctor would be in shortly.

I brought my kittens in to be neutered through the Humane Society. I was not told that part of their ears would be cut off. Imagine my horror when I get home and see that part of my babies ears were gone. My suggestion is that people be told that this will happen if they go through the Humane Society.

Thoroughly pleased with the facility. Dr. Scott Weakly is extremely great with us and our pets. Has seen us thru many deaths of our dogs and don t know how I could have dealt without his compassion and caring!

There is not a better veterinary practice anywhere in this state. The vets and staff are caring and compassionate and have been for the 30+ years that we have been taking our dogs to them. I can t imagine going anywhere else.

Doctor was supposed to talk with me but he didn t have test results back yet. I was told he would call me but instead one of the nurses call me 3 times the next day relaying messages from the doctor. It would be appreciated if the doctor himself would have called. Nurses don t always have answers about the patient.

Did not receive a call to come and get my pet. But staff was extremely apologetic over the miscommunication and Dr. Weakley was great as always.

Just bill too much. Liked the practice better in the old building.

Loved the vet we saw, she spent quite a bit of time and was very good with my dogs

Dr. Bollinger was excellent, and all staff members were very nice! Extremely happy with all aspects of the visit.

Absolutely love you all!! Dr Tristch is who we had this visit and he s so informative and nice and it s so worth the drive to come and bring my fur babies to you all. Wouldn t go anywhere else!!

Very happy. I thought of one thing more you should carry in the front office. Decent dog/cat brushes. I hate the ones in Georgetown. And don t like pet sense. Which leaves me having to drive to Lexington.
