The follow-up call was a surprise Saturday. The phone number didn t show on caller ID. There are a lot of bogus phone calls and saying yes to anything like is this ? can allow whoever to sign somebody up for something unwanted. So I think Aubra was a little surprised by her reception.

We love River Valley, everyone is always kind and helpful. Both the vet side and the groom and board side are clean. Only wish the boarding would accept intact animals.

My answers are in regards to the Boarding Area. Very friendly, and very happy with service. I would still like the max. time a dog is in the kennel to be no more than 12 hours. I know that request is limited. Other than than, I will definatly be coming back.

The wait time was long, but understandable given that there were a couple of unexpected emergencies, which the staff explained. I appreciate that I called on Thursday and was able to get in to be seen on Friday afternoon. The staff is always very friendly and Dr. Sellin is very thorough and explains everything very well. Thank you for such great service.
