We had to reschedule due to Jane not having her meds in the window of time required for her regular test. I m leaving the 5 stars up though because all of the staff I ever encounter are super amazing! Special shout out to Monica for figuring out and rectifying the oops. No big deal...we all make mistakes and even I should have known the timeliness for Jane s tests vs her meds. Thanks for always being so fantastic crew!

Despite being busy with only one doctor we felt they really gave us the attention and care we needed. The doctor was very informative and gave us very precise and easy to replicate instructions for our puppy s ear drops, even after explanations she asked to make sure we understood and if we didn t she explained it again in a way we did.

As always the service was exceptional. Our dog has no fears about going to the vet because she always gets fussed over. She was in for a spay this time. Her incision was neat and dry and she was relaxed. I know she was well taken care of.

Always a pleasure working with the Melville vet clinic staff. Krystal was able to get me an appointment quickly at a time that was convenient, Dr. Tyson explained her findings and treatment plan well, the surgery was successful and Mac was sent home with appropriate meds. He is happy to be home recovering pain free.
