The waiting room has become increasingly busy & hectic over the last couple years. Wait times to pick up meds or food can be unacceptably long. However med staff & care is always excellent. I would follow Dr kuesis anywhere.

I needed to bring my dog in for a shot. I made an appt for the vet tech to avoid a wait time rather than just a walk in and still had to wait 20 minutes. Very frustrating.

Thanks for seeing us on very short notice when our dog s health was deteriorating. We got prompt help and good advice.

While overall my first visit was fine, I d like to suggest a few ideas to improve the client/patient experience, such as (1) investing in a better air conditioning--the waiting area was very hot on a very hot day which made my puppy and I uncomfortable; (2) streamlining the check in and check out process as I waited a fair amount of time checking in and checking out while watching staff who appeared short staffed, frustrated and overwhelmed; (3) the parking lot is small and confusing--perhaps better signage and guidance could help make it more accessible?

We are so blessed to have the best vet and animal hospital ever!

Dear La Cumbre Animal Hospital, I don t usually fill out surveys. For you, I feel that I must. Your animal hospital is really something quite special. 1) Blueberry (grey Chartreux with the nasty raccoon bite on the tail) was seen the day I called. You provided excellent care for him when he really needed it. 2) The receptionist staff are all professional and helpful and kind people (this makes such a huge difference both on the phone and in person at the office). 3) Your vet tech also rules; she was upfront and honest about the preliminary checkup and billing, and also compassionate to us about Blueberry s well-fare). 4) Dr. Holmes - you are an amazing vet. Thank you so much! 5) Love the clown fish and the chilled out ambient music. I know how difficult things can sometimes get in an animal hospital. I dated a vet tech for two years; she used to come home looking like she needed to be treated too! You all should be very proud of your practice, and of your team. You are all truly excellent at what you do. I was very glad to find you, and will definitely return in the future, just hopefully not too soon... Coincidentally, I just spoke with my friend who lives up on Paradise Rd. She mentioned that her family has been taking their pets to your clinic for as long as she can remember. My dog was nervous and the staff provided a bandana with a pharamone on it that really helped calm her. Little details like that make me happy to return and to refer La Cumbre to my friends. Thank you!
