Due to the global covid pandemic, it was not business as usual for a vet visit. That being said the process was very smooth, free from stress and worry. From getting an appointment to being greeted by tech who came to car to pick up my cat to waiting in the car for telephonic discussion with the vet about treatment recommendations to payment to return of my cat with home instructions, each step of the process was handled professionally with care and attention to both pet and human needs. I was very pleased and grateful that Millwood Animal Hospital was thoroughly prepared and responded to my cats vet needs promptly and safely. Thank you to all the staff and vets at Millwood Hospital. ???

Came on a referral - best veterinary experience I have ever had (7 animals and 25 years). Even in a socially distanced parking lot, I have never had a doctor spend that much time and give me that much detailed information. I was so impressed!
