I had an excellent experience, as always. Dr. Goldman spent a great deal of time with us explaining and entertaining questions. The vet tech Julian was superb and so nice and trustworthy in taking care of Rafi as well as Ashley, as always, and another woman working that morning who was so nice and courteous in receiving us and bringing us immediately to exam room (I m sorry, I did not get her name). I was happy to receive follow up call from Dr. Goldman that day, followed by Dr. Tubbs the next day and then Dr.Goldman at end of wk to tell me that biopsy results negative. Thank you once again for taking such great care of Rafi!!!

I’m a huge fan of MAH. I always recommend it. I also Love that Dr. Tubbs is not an alarmist and rates are reasonable. This is my third vet and the best.

Everyone in the office is so loving and caring. Dr Tubbs is a sincere and honest medical professional. He is informative which is empowering to pet owners. He has taught us how to care for our cat’s condition at home to minimize trips to the office which can be costly.

My vet of many years retired. I went to Cortland Animal hospital for my elderly dog who had a tooth problem. I waited 3 hours before I saw the vet and was given a quote of close to 3000 dollars. I called Millwood and even though we were not patients saw us right away fast and friendly! Reasonable unfortunately my dog now has kidney disease we are devastated. Doctors and staff are helping us through this very difficult time for our family. We are grateful to have found such a caring vet and staff to help Shopie our sweet baby during this time.The staff and doctors have been nothing but kind and caring and patient! I feel so blessed to know they will be caring for Shopie.
