I have gone to other vets, but I always come back. I will just make the drive from Plainfield everyone is always super nice and helpful. Dr Jeff is awesome.

We love this office and DR U. My only cmplaint would be the check out process took longer than the actual visit. I would find a way to shorten this most of this stuff we already knew from our visit with DR U.

Very nice staff and competent doctors.

Supposedly couldn t handle my dog very well getting her nails clipped and the vet was suppose to get back with me about medication to help do her nails but never got back with me at all.

Front office staff was rather rude when I called to let them know I was running a few minutes behind. I asked if that was okay and if I needed to reschedule, to which she responded no but told me I only had 10 mins per pet with the doctor and that it would cut into that time. I wish she would have just said it would be best to reschedule. I found it odd I was getting lectured about being on time by staff when at our previous (and first) visit, we waited at least 20 mins past our scheduled appt time to be seen, while a client who stated they showed up an hour early for their appt was taken back right away. Regardless, Dr Spencer was very nice and informative and we will be coming back to see her.

The staff is always friendly and accommodating. We love the convenient hours.

I love taking my cat to see you guys, even though he needs a full blown exorcism when it comes to him getting his nails trimmed. He s my little guy and I love him so much! Thank you very much for helping me along the way. ;)

If there are options for types of vaccinations, i’d prefer to be given the options and ability to make the decision. My service was great. Not complaining, but just prefer that option. Thank you for being a great veterinary clinic for my pets!

Very concerned with the increase in cost. We understand to open a new office cost would go up, but we find the price increases to be higher than we ever expected. We have been coming there for about 10 years and love the care our pets have received.

I love this Vet office. Once they found out I was going on vacation, they explained what to do to make sure that my dogs could be seen while I was gone. I feel much more secure leaving them with a sitter.

Educate about products and the prices of them without waiting for someone to ask.

We always get great care here. We are moving out of state and I want to make sure we get all of our vaccines and teeth cleanings done here before we leave. I trust the team at Meridian vet clinic completely.

The service was great and the staff was impressive as always. The only improvement would be the method of keeping track of my pet s medical history. The hand written cards that the staff tries to scan to see what medicine they are allergic to and what past conditions the have had was a struggle.

Thank you for taking great care of my pup. I especially appreciate the follow-up call and explanations of her treatment and findings. Our questions were answered in the most compassionate and caring way. Thank you!!
