We were left in the exam room for at least 30 minutes before we saw the veterinarian after the technician took our dog s medical history. We would have appreciated an explanation as to why it was taking so long and being checked on by the technician & updated.

Waiting over 30 minutes to see the vet doesn t seem reasonable to me. If appointments are running late, please tell the patients how long the wait will be.

The staff is great and both Dr. Sloan and Loter have taken care of my dogs with great compassion. They explain procedures and answer my questions in my level of understanding. I appreciated their profession and will keep coming to WHSH for my pets health issues. Thank you- Belinda

Attention and care for my dog has been top notch here. This group is proactive about making sure all of his health check ups and vaccines are up to date and they make everything easy. I would highly recommend WSVH to anyone looking for a veterinarian.

The Veterinarian and Vet technician were absolutely wonderful. They were very helpful and gave us all of the information we needed. They took wonder care of my boy and they were very kind. I will be continuing my animal care with them indefinitely!

I had a visit for 2 dogs postop. The dr who performed the surgery was unavailable on Tues due to surgeries. I agreed to see a different dr for post op visit. Because I saw a different dr, I was charged an office visit X 2. This policy was never explained to me, and after spending $2000 on surgery for my pets, I feel a postop visit should be complimentary. I paid an additional $200, but truthfully, I cannot afford this type of care.

Great place to bring your pet they took great care of my Buddy!

I was on time to my dogs appointment and had to bring my three children. We didn t actually see Dr. Slough until 45 minutes after our appointment time was scheduled. I do not feel like my time was valued or appreciated. Hoping for better service next time.

We have been a part of this practice for 4 years now and I do not trust my dogs with anyone else. We moved from Kansas so finding a new vet is always hard and stressful but Dr. Loder has been a blessing for my family. We have 3 dogs on the wellness plan here and it makes life easier with the dogs and knowing they are always in good hands is one less stress I have in my life.

Love Dr. Slough! He s very thorough in his examinations and in his explanations and plan of care.
