I understand why, but we wish you were open on Saturdays. Like maybe closed Monday kind of thing. Otherwise, you guys are awesome and keep us from visiting more than once a year - which is ideal for pet owners lol. Thank you !

It was quite hard to make an appointment because the MyPetsWellness app showed nothing until into December. When I called the situation was the same until I explained that I really wanted to get heartworm prevention for our new puppy within the week and it would be inconvenient but necessary to go to another practice with our puppy and register there (and have our other dog of 5 years here registered at WSVH which has always been a good practice). I am grateful that you were able to fit us in. Just sharing the feedback detail on it not being easy.

Everyone was very helpful and gave my dog Mischa a lot of TLC. She is recuperating from her torn ACL injury and is doing better - less pain and she is getting more mobile.

The gentleman I spoke to when setting up the appointment for my dog s teeth cleaning & removal surgy wasn t helpful when answering my questions and his manner was curt. I was concerned about my dog sitting in a crate by herself, scared, while waiting for surgery. I asked if there was something I could give her to help her calm down and he said the technician would give her something when I dropped her off. But when I arrived, the technician explained how they could have given a rx the day before for me to give the dog the morning of the surgery before bringing her in but they couldn t do anything now while waiting for the vet to come in later in the morning. So the misinformation from the desk person meant my dog was a scared and shaking mess when I dropped her off and that was upsetting to me. Everyone else in the office was helpful and professional from the other office personnel that took my payment, the technician and the doctor. My scores that are less than 5 stars are a result of the young gentleman that I dealt with.

Dr. Johnson was very good and it was a pleasure to meat her. Kara was also very helpful and awesome as usual.

It’s just so expensive. Every time we come, it’s $400. And that’s for regular checkups. The vets are caring and the staff is great. It’s just so much money.

arrived 258p for 3p appointment. in treatment room by 307p. assistant discussed charges 310-315. waited for doctor from 315-405p. 1 hour wait to see doctor is not acceptable. once completed, i asked for discount and was denied. this makes me want to look for a new vet

Meeting the new Doctor was great we thank it is going to a very good change

There seems to be difficulty keeping vets. There have been a lot in the last few years. I particularly liked McCutcheon, Losack, and the older guy whose name started w an S. He’d been a horse vet it seems. Just a lot of turnover and hard to feel like you really form a relationship w a vet if it’s always changing.

I live kind of far away so I am a little concerned about the hours. Is there anyway they would consider either 1 Saturday a month or 1 late night a month

The staff here is top tier, we would not trust Anna & Elsa s care to anyone else. Thank you for caring so much!

The staff is all wonderful & friendly & Dr. Slough gives outstanding care to my baby girl each & every visit.

I was very unhappy with the tech who greeted us to intake my dogs on 7/6/22 for Amos and Koda. She appeared to be grumpy or unhappy-was very unpleasant. So much so that I actually made a comment to her directly about her demeanor. It did not improve much after mentioning it. I ve had poor encounters with this tech in the past. Otherwise, the visit was fine.

Dr. McCucheon as always was fabulous! Always takes such care with Lily, and clear and consise on what s going on and how she feels the best way to help. All of your Tech assistants are wonderful!

There were no other owners or dogs waiting when I walked in or left which tremendously helped there be no chaos and keep my dog and me calm for our visit. I’m not sure if you schedule this intentionally but it is appreciated if so.

I love Dr. Losak. She is kind, caring and personable. Never have to remind her of what is going on with my dog. I just wish prices weren t so expensive ....I can never leave for under $200 and I am in there frequently due to my dogs allergies.
