Great job as always! My dog was injured and needed to be seen. I was concerned because it was going into an holiday weekend and I knew they would be busy. The receptionist worked her right in, and she was seen promptly. Our vet (Dr. Wilson) called back twice to check on her. Thank you to all!??

Thank you to the tech who took good care of my “big girl” during her prep for and during the ultrasound. I am an anxious pet parent - so I appreciate their understanding & kindness. Dr. Hosier was wonderful. She explained the procedures beforehand, & called me after the test with the results. She explained everything thoroughly & took all the time necessary to answer my many questions in an easy to understand way. This was my first experience with Cross Keys - & it was a very positive one. Thanks to everyone!

No matter if my dog and I are there for an illness, well visit, or even just to get medication, the staff is always very friendly. I can not say enough about the medical personel. They are always so caring h kind to me and the several dogs I have had over the last 23 yrs. I m definitely very fond of several of them.
