Dr. Masso was great and understanding with my little Freya and was very informative of heartworm preventative. The vet tech was very nice as well. I didn t catch her name, but the receptionist was helpful giving me information about the Seresto collar which I ended up purchasing.

Always pleasant, friendly and helpful. I probably pass 30 vets on my way to Cross Keys but I trust them with my pets lives. My older dog is a little difficult and they always work with her and take great care of her.
