Honestly Harper (kitty) went to the back to get nails trimmed. Was back there for maybe 5 mins at the most & the cost was $32. I was shocked. Didn’t expect it to be that much. Was very disappointed in the cost!!

Dr. Pochin is ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL in so many ways. I have been coming to your office for over 25 years and will continue to do so as long as I have a pet. I also refer your office to any person I meet with a pet. It is a pleasure calling your office as it is not difficult to speak with any of your kind personnel. When I was last there, it was for a tech visit, and it was busier than I had every experienced. Had it been a typical day, I would’ve given five stars on all categories.

I have been taking my pets here since Dr. Masso opened in 2021 . My whole family now takes there pets there . She is absolutely the best ! We all love Dr. Masso !!!

Everything about Cross Keys Animal hospital is excellent from all the vets, techs and receptionist s. Everyone is Kind, friendly, helpful, and honest. I especially love and trust Dr. Masso and have been with her since I met her at Pitman animal hospital before she opened Cross Keys animal hospital. Love Cross Keys for taking such good care of my Kaya.

Staff was very friendly. Office was very organized. Dr.Masso is extremely professional and listened to all of my concerns. Wouldn’t think of going anywhere else!

All the staff is amazing and wonderful! I do wish however they were name tags of some sort so I could address them by name especially to a couple that I have talked to numerous times and have no idea her what her name is. Thanks!

Lobby wait times are short, but exam room wait times are consistently lengthy. It s more comfortable waiting in the lobby.

The was no issue with my bill (it was very reasonable), but I feel that prices should be discussed for medications before I am presented with the medication and the bill. Just a suggestion, not a big deal for me. I just feel that something more expensive might be a problem for some people.

Dr. Wilson is super vet, always kind to Stormy my cat and me.

Always a great visit when we bring our fur babies to Cross Keys. Couldn t ask for a better veterinarian than Dr.Masso, so thorough and kind. The staff there is wonderful. We ve been coming there since 2001. Can t imagine going anywhere else.
