I was in a spot leaving on vacation and my elderly dog needed to be seen for an eye infection. Andy was great and made sure I got in to have the dog cared for and get off on my vacation without delay. Dr.L. always takes time with her patients and their owners. She explains the different options and helps the owner come to a decision that fits what the owner is comfortable with, still giving great care to the dog.

I would like to apologize for the confusion and extra work I caused. I had put the muzzle I brought (to make it easier to cut Kicsi s nails) in my purse at the end of our visit. But I thought it was not returned to me. The staff searched and was so good about it, really sure that they had given it back to me!

Angela (Angie) is the BEST! She is the only one who can trim my cats nails. She must be a cat whisperer. I don t know how she does it but she makes it less stressful for Natalie and,as a result, less stressful on me.

I was particularly please because the last time Lucy had dental work she did not bounce back from anesthesia for several days. I mentioned this when I brought her in and I think the dose must have been adjusted because she recovered quickly this time, even though she had a more involved procedure. Thanks for listening!

I was so worried about my little Lyta, and Nadine managed to get us in right away. Dr. Pelletier gave her a thorough exam while asking us for specific information. Her tech was extremely polite and professional, and she handled Lyta with care. It turned out to be nothing serious, but that did not affect the way we were treated with respect and concern. I left much more relaxed and confident in the diagnosis.
