I was a little disappointed with the nail trim. For the amount of money I paid I feel my dogs nails should have been a lot shorter.

Always friendly and caring, Brandywine Vet Hospital doctors and staff are wonderful. My Doxie, Gaby, suffers from allergies and they often come on suddenly. I have never had a problem getting into the office within 24 hours to have her given attention and a shot. I am very grateful for all of you!! And I am also grateful for the Covid precautions you have taken to assure the health of all.

Although I understand 100% the need to have the curbside service and only the dog goes in for the appointment, there definitely is a disconnect when my dog is older and having issues and I cannot be there in the exam room to have a normal in-person interchange with the doctor. We talked on the phone and she came outside to talk to me afterwards (very appreciated), but once it is deemed safe to have pet parents allowed back into the exam room, I will hope for that to happen.
