I visited the office on a Thursday night (10/19). Both ladies in the reception/scheduling position are wonderful. I called crying on Wednesday night (10/18) and the assistant went above and beyond - she recommended a sedative and got it ready for pickup immediately. I went in the next night and the other assistant was helpful as well. I asked her what flavor Greenies the assistant the night before gave me and she went and checked without hesitation, she also helped me by carrying my cat carrier for me. At the end of my visit she recommended a flea spray. Dr Quigley was wonderful and really set my mind at ease. She spent a decent amount of time with us and I felt comfortable asking questions and crying. The vet assistant was very sweet and calming. She listened to me and even complimented my cat’s eyes. I m always nervous taking luigi to vet s appointments because he get s very combative & scared. They were wonderful with him from the front desk staff all the way to the veterinarian that he saw. I am very happy with Brandywine Hundred Veterinarian Hospital !!

the two at the front desk were not fully engaged with me. they kept swapping me back and forth between the two of them while waiting on other customers who came in after me. very confusing, very bad timing. the other could have just waited.

Danielle and Dr. Quigley were fabulous with our boys. They were great at thoroughly explaining the home procedures to helping our boys get healthier. So thankful for their dedication and very friendly towards us and our boys!

I was told I needed to bring my dog in for her yearly exam before I could refill her Prozac meds. When I received my bill I was not told a full toxology screening was being performed. I thought it was just a heartworm test. I am still suffering from sticker shock from the bill.

I was a client quite a few years ago and moved . I then went to tthrree other veterinarian hospitals. I had very bad experiences at the other 3. I am so glad to be back with BHVH ! They are top notch in care and also very kind, supportive and helpful! I highly recommend this facility!

Everything was great as always, Kristina does a very good job and Bella looks beautiful. The receptionist was warm, responsive and stays on top of things, as has several pets coming into office at the same time.

We have been going to the Brandywine Hundred Vet for years. The staff know and love our dogs as they also used to board there. There is a new vet Dr Chen that we have seen twice and we will never come back. Unlike the rest of the staff, we are not sure she even likes animals. She is stiff and unapproachable and not very helpful when you ask questions. In addition, when our goldendoodle barked when she entered the room, she threatened to muzzle her. When she groaned as I scratched her ear, Dr Chen suggested that was a growl and quickly jumped back and insisted on muzzling my dog. This is the same veterinarian office that told me you never have to worry about a goldendoodle biting because of their natural disposition and this occurred minutes after the reception staff had been cuddling and loving on my timid but friendly dog. Our dog has never been aggressive, never bit anyone and is very submissive. Dr Chen couldn t have gotten this more wrong. Our family is so sad that our sweet little girl had to submit to being muzzled due to a doctor that is clearly in the wrong field. We won t ever put her through that again.
