They re always timely with our requests....scheduled or in emergency situations. Their bedside manner is by far the best out of any vets we ve utilized in the past.

Although they did end up getting us in the same day which I was very happy about, but it always seems like if you call the day of they never have available time, it would be nice if they would reserve a few same day sick appts it’s frustrating when I have a dog not feeling well I call for it to be seen, and I’m told sorry we are full today! I personally can’t afford a visit to the emergency vet not to mention it’s way out in GR! Over all I’m very happy with this vet office just wish they would have same day sick appts.

We had our first appointment there today after switching from Sparta Animal Clinic to be closer to home . Our Daughter is an LVT there so that also helped with our decision to relocate the dogs. We have 2 senior dogs with special needs so we weren t sure what to expect for them. The dogs were completely comfortable with the staff and the attending veterinarian. My dog doesn t always take to new people but he was totally at ease with him and all of the handling that was necessary, pokes and prodding. Thank you so much for all that you did for them today and for putting us at ease right off the bat. We appreciate you all and it helps knowing that our future visits will be less stressful because we are in good hands here. Thank you !

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable! I was really afraid that the bill was going to be really expensive but Jason went out of his way to give me an idea of the cost. Him and Dr. Dan both were gentle and patient with Pixel and I really appreciated that more than anything. I m glad I brought Pixel to this clinic. Thank you!

They remembered that I don t like marked syringes,but the syringes are now marked only on the back side of the line, which enables accurate measurement.
