With the last 2 visits we waited over an hour in the examination room each time. While I understand that test results take time this part of the visit was way too long. Otherwise the visits were fine.

We do not live in Holland anymore but we have continued to come to Kingdom for all of Clovers healthcare. Dr Wolk has always solved Clovers issues some simple some more complex.We have grow to trust the doctors and staff making our visits less stressful knowing Clover is in good hands. Thank You!

I have been very pleased with the services received in the past. I was disappointed with the last visit. The vet tech handling my dog was not friendly and she barely touched my dog. My dog has never had any issues with going to her consistent appointments at Kingdom in the past. She was restless and anxious with this visit.

My visit was a last minute emergency which they found some time for us to come in that day. They saw us quick and were so good to my dog.

It was a great first experience!

Excellent care for our rat which is hard to find anyone who sees rats. Dr and staff were very knowledgable and beyond helpful. The follow-up visit was by phone and pictures sent by text which was so helpful as I didn t need to take a half day off work for a re-check. I am SO glad my vet in Hudsonville recommended them!!

I was told I would receive a follow up call the day after surgery but did not receive one.

So thankful for KAH! The front desk workers are always enthusiastic and kind, my vet tech was super personable and gentle with my bird, and Dr. Wolk was straightforward about the best plan of action while being extremely kind.

We have always been treated very kindly there, but more importantly, my bunny Lucy has always received excellent care. Thank You!

I was very satisfied with the care and attention provided when I brought Piper in for a mystery ailment. Given very little clues as to what was wrong, the staff at KAH ran the necessary tests to diagnose her condition. The medications provided worked quickly and she was much better by the next morning. I felt confident that the diagnosis was correct and the treatment was appropriate to help her recover as quickly as possible.

I travel to Holland from Norton Shores for my puppy(30 minute drive). It has been easier to get in than the places near my home.

I failed to schedule a follow up appointment after a diagnosis. If a required follow up is not scheduled in a reasonable time frame can your system treat it like any inoculation and nag me to do it?
