Had to wait to be seen. Was early for my appointment and while the technician came, it still took a long time to have the procedure done. I like morning appointments hoping to expedite the appointment, but I always have to wait. Our time is valuable too. Having clients be late is frustrating to you. For us that are on time shouldn’t be penalized.

It was a very pleasant appointment, and my cat responded well to the staff. Everything was fine!

Everything was GREAT!! Maggie spent so much time just talking to me about Macaws, teaching me, and answering questions. It was the exact opposite of feeling rushed. I truly appreciated her time and help.

Our 10 month old Rottie had cherry eye and our current vet couldn t perform the surgery. From the 1st phone call, I knew that we would need to switch to Kingdom. The people were all super helpful and I didn t feel rushed through any part of my phone, or in person meetings. Everyone was so great to Finn too and Finn loves when people aren t scared of him and aren t stand-offish. He felt the love. :)

I am beyond thankful for the entire staff. From the person who took my frantic call, Dr. Wolk and Maggie for all of their help, guidance, and support.

Kingdom Animal Hospital did a great job taking care of our dog after he ingested a bar of dark chocolate. This was a potentially fatal situation, and they managed the emergency calmly and professionally. Every staff member demonstrated obvious concern for our pet during and after treatment. They sent us home with after care instructions and followed up the next day with a phone call to check on his progress. I m happy to report that just a few hours after treatment our dog was well and happy again. I couldn t be more pleased with our experience, and we re very happy to entrust our pet s care to Kingdom.

Staff was fantastic for every appt I have had with my 4 cats over the past few weeks. Staff is Informative, knowledgeable, caring, and gentle and really care about my pets. I really appreciate them taking the time to give detailed estimates before going forward with services. I also appreciate being able to bring the cats into a room upon arrival to help with their anxiety of being in an unfamiliar place. Facilities were clean and comfortable.
