I have been taking my family members to Kingsway for 15 years. I have always received exceptional caring service. One of the sadest days of my life was when we had to say good bye to our almost 18 year old beloved dog. The true empathy and caring of all the staff was exceptional. I think back to that day and reflect on our wonderful vet who was also in tears. Thank you Kingsway. You are wonderful.

Diana,the receptionist, was such a delight to talk to and not to mention the love and affection she showed towards my pet. Doctor who treated Zoey was amazing too. This hospital is definitely going to my go to place for any pet needs

We ve always been happy with the service and care provided by Kingsway Animal Hospital. On my recent visit, I was asked to obtain a urine sample from Lucky, but not advised that it had to be returned within two hours, or was best if obtained first thing in the morning, which required obtaining a second sample. I also thought the cost of the test(s) was expensive, but I m not familiar with those tests from the past. Overall - very happy.

Dr. Grieve was extremely helpful and understanding of our situation with our pet s condition. She was very professional and knowledgeable, as well as very compassionate. She well explained the condition of our pet, gave us all the options we could consider and made sure we- owners- had enough time to discuss and decide what to do for the next step. Dr. Grieve used a simple language as we weren t so familiar with medical terminologies, explaining things in a way we could understand/digest. We are still in a process of treating our pet s condition, undergoing a major surgery and still looking at a long way to recovery, but we are feeling comfortable as we know Dr. Grieve and her staff will be here to help and guide us in this journey. Thank you so much for all your help and care! We are grateful to know that Summer is in good hands :)

I don t do surveys such as this type. Personally I find it a kind of humiliation that I have to thank the client again after I have paid them and thanked them personally. Right now they have my business and if something was not right they would either hear about it from me directly or not see me again. Next time I see this survey I will ignore it and delete it.
