I am so pleased with the service from all staff. All I needed was caras anal glands expressed. Got us in right away and excellent service.

Dr.Becky was outstanding. We felt like we were part of a team together caring for our dog. She was very warm hearted and empathetic. She took our concerns seriously and spent a lot of time with us.

My only complaint was waiting for blood work results. I was told 20 min. I chose not to wait and I had to call three times over 24 hours to ask for results. The Dr finally called me back late the next late afternoon

This was my first visit and I was highly impressed with Dr Abby and the rest of the team. Everyone was so friendly, kind, and helpful! When I asked at checkout about making an appt to have my kitties chipped, one of the techs said we ve got time now if you do. Being a pet mom for only two days at that point, I was dreading having to get them in the carrier for another appointment, so being offered the opportunity to avoid that was literally the best present I could have received. Thank you so much for being wonderful. Your first impression was outstanding and you have secured not only a new client, but one who manages five medical clinics and shares service stories with her team on a regular basis. Be proud that you will be one of the good stories which might mean even more clients for you:) Thank you!!

The at home vet visit was fantastic not only for the convenience but also for the comfort of the cats. The staff was professional even in our home setting. It was fast, convenient and I would definitely recommend it to any owner whose animal is not happy with traveling outside the home.

We’ve seen Dr. Abby in the past & love her. The last two times we’ve seen Dr. Becky. She’s very nice & knowledgable; however, I feel that both times she pushed sales on us. It’s one thing to make a suggestion but when I kindly responded with maybe next year, I was hoping she’d let it go. Maybe this is part of her job duties but I didn’t appreciate it. That said- we still love Allouez Animal Hospital
