All of the staff make Ozzy feel as though he is king. (And he is, of course.) Two members of special note are Mandy and Sam. Mandy does an excellent job of explaining the situation and plan of care. Sam does a great job at getting an appointment made and making me feel as though my calls are routine, and not a bother to her. There were two other assistants present at Ozzy s recent visit, and I didn t get their names, but they too make both Ozzy and I feel as though we were their only clients. (One even came outside to clean up after Ozzy, even though I was ready to pick up after him.) I always recommend this clinic to anyone who asks.

I would never take my dogs to any other vet then this one. Dr. Becky is VERY knowledgeable, and doesn t try to sell you anything, just to make an extra buck . She truly cares about her patients and their owners. Sam, Mandy, and Amy: You girls are AWESOME!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!! -Amy W.

My only thing that would make this better would be to allow monthly payments directly to the clinic instead of thru care credit. This is a wonderful clinic and I would not take my guys anywhere else.

I did forget to ask about brushing their teeth since recommendation was to get teeth cleaned. Can someone send me an email with how much it would be for tooth paste and tooth brush for the two cats and if it is recommended? Thank you. I highly suggest your practice and even had a nephew take his dog. Love how your doctors and staff treat my fur babies.

Hi Dr. Becky and staff @Allouez Animal Hospital, For whatever reason, i couldn t get to change the starts all to excellent! You have all been the best caretakers of our entire pet family. Always have the ease of getting in for appointments - urgent or not. Never have to wait for anyone to come get our current darling, Miss Ginger for her weight. Dr. Becky - I know you love Miss Ginger and you take care of her as your own. Your staff is amazing and keep me calm when I come in with something urgent, such as Tuesday late-afternoon. Everyone is always helpful and give Miss Ginger such wonderful attention. As always, the facilities are very clean and I am more than satisfied. I recommend you to all of my friends who may be looking for a different vet or for whatever reason.
